Order Processing

All available products are ready for delivery. Orders are prepared and shipped on the same day once the order is confirmed.

Our team may contact you through WhatsApp, phone, or email to confirm your order details before shipping, especially for cash on delivery orders.

Shipping Inside Jordan

We offer delivery to all governorates in Jordan.

• Delivery time: Within 24 hours after order confirmation.
• Delivery fee: 3 JOD.
• Free delivery: Available for orders above 100 JOD.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries worldwide.

International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and order size. The final shipping cost will be confirmed with the customer before shipping.

International Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any additional charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Noor Al Huda Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, shipping carriers, or any requirements applied by the destination country.
