Embroidered and heritage-inspired products may also contain slight differences in embroidery placement, thread details, finishing, measurements, or other handcrafted elements. These natural variations form part of the character of the product and are not normally considered defects.

Product measurements are provided as a guide. Minor measurement differences may occur because of the garment design, fabric, production process, or method of measurement.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, fit, color, or quality of a product will meet every personal expectation, except for any guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, colors, sizes, and other details may be changed at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or incorrect customer information.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted. Your order is accepted when payment has been authorized and we confirm that the order will be processed.

Please review your products, sizes, colors, quantities, billing details, and shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

You may contact us immediately to request a correction or cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee that a request can be completed after the order has been accepted, prepared, processed, customized, or transferred for shipping.

If we reject, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, billing details, or other contact information provided with the order.

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

You represent that your purchase is intended for lawful personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or distribution.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, CURRENCIES, TAXES, AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, promotional offers, and availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. The final amount will also be included in your order confirmation.

We offer shipping to countries worldwide, subject to carrier availability, legal restrictions, service limitations, and the ability to deliver to the address provided.

The estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation and payment approval, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.

Business days do not normally include weekends, public holidays, customs closure days, or official holidays in the country of dispatch or destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, high-demand periods, public holidays, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number, postal code, and any information required for delivery or customs clearance.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or returned shipments caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, refusal to pay applicable import charges, or failure to accept delivery.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the order is delivered to you or to a person designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

Tatreez Noor Alhuda is powered by Shopify, which enables Noor Alhuda Embroidery to provide the Services to you.

However, all sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Noor Alhuda Embroidery.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Noor Alhuda Embroidery, including any injury, damage, loss, dispute, return, refund, delivery issue, or claim resulting from products purchased through our store.

Where an order is cancelled because of an error and payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method and applicable law.
